IGFA Return Policy

The ÍõÖÐÍõÁùºÏ²ÊÌØÂë Game fish Association (IGFA) wants to assure you are 100% satisfied with the product(s) you purchased, which is why we offer a 14-days return period on all items ordered. For any exchanges please place a new order and return the item(s) for a refund.

SHIPPING CHARGES:
Shipping charges are not refundable

HOLIDAY RETURNS:
During the holiday season (Dec. 1st – Dec. 25th), we will accept your return after 30 days so long as it is received by January 10th

SALE ITEMS:
Sale items are not eligible for refund

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately at [email protected] or call 954-927-2628 (USA)

RETURN CONDITIONS
All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and contain all original tags. Once your product is received and inspected, a refund will automatically be applied to the original credit card/form of payment on file and a credit memo will be emailed to you as proof of the refund reflecting back to your account.

EXCHANGES
All exchanges will be processed as a refund back to the original credit card on file. Any exchange or replacement order will need to be placed separately if you are interested in an alternative size, color or style.

• Return timeframe starts from original purchase date.
• The IGFA is NOT liable for any items lost in transit. Additionally, customers are responsible for all tracking information on return shipments.
• Original shipping charges will NOT be refunded.
• Please allow 14 days for credit too clear once received.
